Terms of Service - MerchPIM

1. About Us
MerchPIM (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by MerchPIM, Delaware, USA. These Terms govern your access and use of our Shopify application (“Service”). The Service is available globally.
2. Eligibility & Usage
By using MerchPIM, you agree that:
- You are a Shopify merchant with a valid Shopify store.
- You will not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- You will not upload or manage illegal, infringing, or prohibited product data.
3. Subscription & Billing
- MerchPIM is a subscription-based Shopify app.
- All billing and payments are processed directly through Shopify’s billing system.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription charge. Refunds outside this period are not guaranteed.
5. Data & Privacy
- All product and store data remain your property. We do not own merchant data.
- We act only as a processor of data to enable product management within Shopify.

6. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Misuse the Service,
- Violate these Terms, or
- Use the app in a way that causes harm to Shopify, other merchants, or us.
You may uninstall the app at any time through your Shopify admin, which will terminate your subscription.
7. Disclaimers
- MerchPIM is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee that the Service will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through your Shopify account. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
